Based on the results of your Laboratory Testing, you will also receive a Health Index, a proprietary number that will quantify your individual state of health, on a scale of 1 to 500. It is very simple: A health index rating below 100 is normal, while any above 100 is abnormal. As in golf, the lower your score, the better! With the help of the Health Index, you can periodically quantify and monitor your health condition and celebrate the progress you make, all for a nominal additional cost. Please note that the Health (Option 2) requires Health Laboratory Testing (Option 1) as a prerequisite.

Option Four

– Premium Designer Nutritional Supplements
