- Exercise regularly.
- Detoxify the body.
- Quit smoking, alcohol.
- Quit commercial starches, milk, grains, flour and sweets.
- Cut down on stress, worry, anger.
- Take powerful supplements.
- Avoid eating snacks or second taking.
- Control your portion size and chew thoroughly.
- Avoid artificial sweeteners or artificial anything.
- Get plenty of sunshine.
- Connect with earth. Walk barefeet.
